AURORA, Ill., IGS Capital Group Ltd. (OTC: IGSC) (“IGSC” or the “Company”) today announced the completion of its acquisition of DSAT Global Ventures (“DSAT Global”), effective September 1, 2026, marking a significant step in the Company’s strategy to build a diversified global technology and digital solutions platform.

About the Acquisition
Under the Share Sale Agreement effective September 1, 2026, IGSC agreed to acquire DSAT Global in a transaction valued at $15 million, based on 300 million shares valued at $0.05 per share. 

The acquisition combines IGSC’s U.S. public-market platform with DSAT Global’s established technology operations, proprietary intellectual property, international customer relationships and more than two decades of technology development experience. The combined organization intends to strengthen corporate governance, financial reporting, access to growth capital and international expansion while accelerating the commercialization of DSAT Global’s technology portfolio.
