Showbride will welcome engaged couples to its Winter 2027 Bridal Expo on Sunday, January 10, 2027, at the Chesapeake Conference Center in Chesapeake, Virginia. The upcoming event will feature a mock wedding reception area, a special VIP pop-up shop by McEllis Brides Design Studio, and complimentary admission for guests who register online in advance.
The expo will bring together wedding professionals and engaged couples from Hampton Roads and surrounding Virginia communities for an afternoon of wedding planning, inspiration, and opportunities to connect with local businesses.
A Mock Reception Experience
One of the featured attractions at the Winter 2027 Bridal Expo will be a mock reception area designed to help couples explore ideas for their wedding celebrations.
The display will provide inspiration for reception styling and event presentation, giving attendees another way to visualize elements of their special day.
Alongside the mock reception area, couples can explore wedding services and speak directly with participating professionals about their plans.
Exclusive VIP Pop-Up by McEllis Brides Design Studio
VIP access begins at noon, one hour before the general expo opens.
VIP attendees will have access to a special pop-up shop presented by McEllis Brides Design Studio, adding a bridal fashion and shopping experience to the event.
This early-access opportunity is among the special features planned for the January show.
Free Online Registration for the January Expo
Unlike previous Showbride events, the Winter 2027 Bridal Expo will offer free admission to guests who register online before the event.
Attendees registering at the door on January 10 will pay $10.
Couples interested in attending are encouraged to register in advance to take advantage of complimentary admission.
Connect with Wedding Professionals
The expo will feature wedding-related businesses offering services such as photography, catering, entertainment, bridal fashion, floral design, event planning, and décor.
Attendees can meet professionals, ask questions, compare options, and gather information for their upcoming celebrations.
Whether couples are beginning their planning journey or making final arrangements, the event offers opportunities to discover services and inspiration in one location.
